Ahhh Heath Town, ye scut hole le Wolverhampton.

The rusty wagon in question is actually owned by EWS by virtue of the fleet pass on from privatisation, it is a rather erstwhile LMS BG that has been torched several times and I imagine will have to be cut up on site - it's been there 30 odd years and was used as a stores van when the station was a parcels depot in the 1970s.
