Great pics, mate! :D

Looking forward to meeting up with her later this evening, on the return leg. We'll be at Hellifield!

Yes, I did the same. :( All I got for my troubles was a 67 crossing the former line to Low Moor at Ravensthorpe.

Excellent pics there of an excellent loco!

What does everyone think of her brand new coat of varnish, applied just before the Great Gathering? I did the top of the firebox.

Well, I have to say the new coat of varnish is amazing.

Surely the whole point of a coat of varnish is that it'll preserve the paintwork without being noticed? I can't see this idea of "woodstain" livery really catching on, you know.

Is it me, or are the PRCLT gang far far too obsessed with 6233?

Probably, yes. The stupid thing is, this bloke named Brell Somethingorother doesn't like her running when he's on holiday! Every last penny from donations also goes to 6233 and NOT 46203 to keep her on the mainline. I'm sure lots of people'll agree with me here, 46203 needs a new lease of life on the mainline, and take some of the spotlight away from 6233. 6233 needs less TLC and others need it, such as 46203!
