I see those of you in the LWT region have a nice program on at 7:30 tonight on ITV. The Tube, a docu soap similar to the likes of Airline, looking at life on the London Underground.
Here in the HTV West region we've got a program called Secret Underground on at 7:30, and its nothing to do with trains.

I remember the original program called The Tube too. Those were the days, when there were only 4 channels to choose from!
It's a shame some of these regionalised programs about the railways don't get shown nationally though. Or maybe a new channel could be introduced, The Railway Channel, where these programs would find their way onto.

Oh yes, I've got cable. I forgot that I could get ITV Carlton on it, I rarely watch that channel. ITV Carlton is the same region as LWT was isn't it. Ah well, too late now. I'll watch next weeks episode though.

Dunno if it works on Cable, but on Sky you can get all channels from all regions....

Tuned into Carlton tonight expecting to watch The Tube and it turned out to be some program about the countryside on and the Carlton region is actually the old Central region and not the old LWT region as I thought. Ah well, so much for that then. Here's hoping The Tube turns up on some future cable channel or the series get a DVD or video box set release instead(unlikely).

Reality TV (Sky 187, I think) showed the last series, so there's every chance that they will show the current one in due course.
Tonight's programme was good, my heart goes out to the poor . who had the almost one-under.

Alan, (the driver involed) was back at work after a few days none the worse for his ordeal. Unfortunatly it's a part of a train driver's life having people decide to end their life under the wheels of a train your driving. On next weeks program, watch out for a bit when they interview the station supervisor at Brixton on the platform, you will see a driver walk past in a hi-vi jacket (with a cup of tea in hand!!), I wonder who that might be???

I get to watch it thanks to a few of my mates over on the Transport Forum, they record it, and I download and watch it, very good quality it was too, only got the first Episode too.
Surely more of you should have noticed this before August the 26th, especially those down in London.
I knew about it in June/July time, thanks to TTF.
