Class 222 Formations Query

I am currently trying to set up relatively realistic formations for the Class 222.

Am I right in believing those initially run by Hull Trains were 4 car sets comprising DMF + MS + RMS + DMS, and that Midland Mainline/East Midlands Trains ran them as 4 car sets (DMF + MC + RMS + DMS), 5 car sets (DMF + MC + RMS + MS + DMS) and 7 car sets (DMF + MF + MF + RMS + MS + MS + DMS)?

I am also trying to ascertain their livery history.

I would be grateful for any information.

Thanks, Alec

EMT's have only had two liverys, Midland Mainline green/silver (not sure what it was called) and EMT. They were very quickly repainted when EMT took over in 2007 and carry this livery today.

Hull Trains sets carried the HT livery until transfering to EMT when the were repainted. Last time I travelled on one the retained the HT interior but I think EMT was going to refurbish this?

Midland Mainline originally ordered 7 x 9 coach sets and 16 x 4 coach sets. It was between 2006 and 2007 that the sets were reshuffled into 6 x 7 coach (220001-220006) and 17 x 5 coach (220007-220023).

However since the derailment at Market Harborough some of the centre coaches of until 220005 have been inserted into some of the original HT 4 coach units. Whether this is still the case or how long for I don't know.
