ITs clearly a fake the man appears to be glowing for starters and its not just the high viz. Also if you manage to pause it at the right time the first train appears to slice his leg off. It must grow back in time for him to make the second jump :D As has already been mentioned the situation itself never happens, track workers don't just wander around the railways on thier own occasionally looking a things. This sort of thing doesn't happen on preserved railway let alone German high speed lines.

Why can't we have adverts like that plane one, I suppose it would be banned because of the terrorist links to planes and all that makarky
