More Copper Thefts

Post by Hymek »

Ive read over at http://www.preserved-diesels.co.uk that 47768 and 47771 have had the copper fairies in and had the copper cabling stripped out of them.

Its a real shame, and im not sure about you guys, but i hope the offenders are caught and punished for their actions (although i cant see that happening some how  )

Especially sad as it impacts on volunteers. How did they gain access to the engine room, or is this copper on the outside?

Maybe if this happened more often it would make people think twice...
