DBSO

Post by danielw2599 »

hi

there's all these cool mk2/3 coaches coming out now but there seems to be a lack in the DBSO i know there are BSO's about, but with out the DBSO it doesnt really feel that the set is complete.

Is there any chance in someone making one in either the Anglia livery or intercity swallow?

thx inadvance

Well it can only be in ScotRail livery or blue and grey, surely!!!! I do believe it would complement the 47/7s beautifully!

That was what it stood for - just slightly amended to 'standard' now :)

I see, thanks.

And what does open mean, that there are no compartments? I was initially thinking of the old third class wagons that didn't have a roof... :)

I'd love to see one done, especially if it had a working cabview (well we can't run 47 first all the time, we have to run DBSO first :))

At the moment the Mk2's available are James Hunt's ant they only have one end texture so they have to be the same.

Obviously both ends need seperate textures to obtain a DBSO so a new model would have to be built which had the same profile and look of those already available.

I'm sure a new Mk2 will be available eventually
Cheers

Perhaps James could alter the texture map for a mark 2 so we could have 2 ends then make a DBSO :)

I'm resisting the urge to say in the voice of Lloyd Grossman in Through the Cakehole

"Matthew, it's oooover tooo yeooow"

....as someone who seems to be spending too much time having to police these sites was doing some nice Mk2d/e/f stock with interiors and had promised a DBSO especially for those of us who live on the GE main line - well, actually, not just us, but you know what I mean...so the moral of this posting? Stop yer rowing and arguing and bad attitudes and let Matt get back to his modelling. :D
