Missing Line

Just spent the better part of 12 hrs downloading all the upgrades for my Trainz community edition wich i was given for my birthday.I installed them all to take it from V1.0 all the way to v1.3(build 263) and then on to
v1.3 (build 277).I now get th emain screen,but when i try to launch the game itself i get this message "The TRAINZ.EXE File is linked to missing export RENDERSYSTEM.DLL:?SetLastVisibleFrame@Element@Jet@@UAEXI@Z.
so i checked the RENDERSYSTEM.DLL and lo and behold the above line of text is missing.
Can anybody E-Mail a full copy of the above application in full with the missing line or am i going to have to download all the upgrades again?
any help will be gratafully appreciated

Sorry about that i forgot to put my new E-Mail address in my profile.Plus i've been offline due to the fact we've just been burgaled and had to by all new computer stuff (can't wait for insurance claim to go through)Any way thanks for trying to help.My new adress is amosite@mindless.com
