Good luck with Fleetwood..... I researched it for a number of years in the 80's and built an 'N' gauge model of it in the 30's. I even ended up providing Fleetwood Museum with info they did not have.
Presume you are doing it "now", but 1932 plans are available, I went to the British Museum, viewed the original hand drawn large scale colour sheets, and had copies made!!
Am (VERY slowly) doing Blackpool Tower section (in 'N') now to be able to run the trams I have again, as "Fleetwood" finally met it's maker after a move. The tower is built........now for the Ballroom.........
Are you aware that there was a rail/tram interchange at Fleetwood, and that they had a little steeple cab loco which took coal wagons to a coal merchant at Thornton, which did not have a mainline rail connection?
The loco is at Crich, along with a Fleetwood car.
Terry Russell does good plans for most Blackpool trams.................
Regards,
Dave

The best way to do this would be in the .eng file and give the loco loda of headlights. It will take ages to make the shape perfect however, but it seems to be the only way at present.fredrikljundberg wrote:i am also hoping to release the illuminated tram Tramnik one (rocket) any help would b appreciated

Actually, if you were using 3D Canvas to make the model I would suggest you do the illumination by using the specularity on the textures. The textures for the 'light bulbs' should be set to specularity 0. All the others can be set to 1. Then the model would appear normal in daylight and lit up at night. I presume this can also be done in gmax and TSM.

If you're going to do the route - here it is - from end to end in two photos, from a well known high vantage point - now there's no excuse for not getting a good looking route

Quite fancy this one myself after Woodhead V2.0 is done!
