I refer to a quote between Flying Scotsman and gordon;
"You've changed a lot"
"I had a rebuild at crewe, they didn't do a proper doncaster job, but it serves!"

If it did it would probably come out looking like a cross between leader, an N2 and a U mogul on a 0-6-0 wheelbase (now that would look good).

Its a real shame no E2 tanks are left.
Imagin how much better Thomas would look if they had at least one left. Instead of those "fake" Thomas the tank engines.

Sorry I don't see why no one ever bother making a real E2 tank. If Thomas was Based on one, (which he is as I asked Mr Awdry) then it would be more reasonable to have someone rebuild a E2 to make Thomas.

yes but which loco owner would let anyone rebuild an E2 tank into Thomas, especially if there was only 1. Much easier to rebuild an industrial tank.
Besides most 3 year olds can't tell the difference between the Thomas out of the books and tv shows and an industrila tank made to look a bit like Thomas. All that matters to them is it is blue, has a face and a number 1 on it.

When I was three, I could tell the difference between the thomas on T.V and a engine dressed up like Thomas, I would always cry and say "not real thomas!" (remember I was three years old at the time).

Mstnoodle or Mikem7044t,
Have any of you made a troublesome truck? If you have I could fix it up with and ENG file and have a powered truck for Thomas & Co to catch!

I would like to say that i will be releasing a Troublesome Truck pack with assorted trucks and wagons shortly

so far it consists of
The Spiteful Brakevan
S.C.RUFFEY
and a few other troublesome trucks
Anyone doing a GWR TOAD as that would be gratefully be apreciated

Thanks

Daz

Thats unusual, I thought your name was Darren, but the email address says Sandra, well, I'm sure there's a good explanation, it could be worse, like the "Gay engines" forum (shudder)
