Hymek,

If you are going to do an 84 go for it, I have the TSM parts for the 81 so the cabfronts would fit, let me know and I can send you the part files then you only have to make up the clutter and bodysides.

I think one thing that is desparately lacking is some ER EMU's

Class 302/306/307/308/309/312

302's and 307's are quite similar, The 306's could be converted from
the existing 506.

The 308's & 309's are really the only new models.

Are the 313's & 315's still coming?

...... if you mean your building some new 76`s great sure go for it :D

...... however if you mean your doing a few reskins , this model is built a lot different to the old class 76`s i did , its mapped as a blue class 76 . EG the main body is just plain blue so to add the lining on a green or black livery is not possible .

Early style

Later style

These were ones I made myself for use on my models, if they are of use to you Steve you are welcome to make use of them.

Hi Hymek

Re-

I was planning to reskin it and create some more blue EM1s, i dont have any research on pretops 76's

.....im trying a new angle , still working on the initial skinning myself , a few details .

..... the whole body shell is now SolidNorm with cut out windows and grills to allow for fine textures.

..... Rivet panels added using small additions to the 3d mesh rather than using large side view textures .

...... things are looking not too bad so far :D

.... she will be released as 76001 a single working loco ( i released 76001 over a year ago as a Multiple working loco and was informed 76001 was never a multiple working loco and so i quickly scrapped that one )

... a lesson maybe here , do all the hard work but find a photo to verify what you build is what you intended .

..... when she makes it to uktrainsim you can have a bash at reskinning her in BR blue , the main thing that changes the character of a 76 is the amount of grime and corrosion on the front texture :D .

Steve - I have colour pictures of pretops blue EM1's with numbering such as 26xxx and E26xxx - do you want some of these scanned in and mailed to you?

If you could Steve N that would be great thanks .

I tried using a readable tops sticker on a 2 polygon square looked good close up but only readable at certain angle of view and not worth the large texture involved , it also caused a nasty effect when panning the view .

So i just resized the sticker now unreadable and its actually on the cab sides again as in the new picture back up this thread .

Hi 40058 i did some planning a while back for a 506 to 306 conversion as you asked me check out this link to see the ground work . I must finish 76001 before i work on the 306 .

Sorry about the quality but my 5 year old scanner is not so good anymore!
