not quite i laughed my socks off when i heard a 323 when they first came out cause they sound as if you fast forward the sound of a F1 racing car unlike the slow whoop whoop gear change on the networkers its more higher pitch aswell. The differece is noticable.

remember the train is not just sounds, its a cab and model to! LOL.

Go to http://www.bvetrains.co.uk and you can download a class 323 there, but unless you have BVE you cannot drive it.
This will give you an idea of sounds- i think.

I have the 323 on BVE and the Birmingham City south route for it to run on, it's a brilliant model, pitty you can't have the AWS sounds on MSTS like you can on BVE.

Megatron was making one at one point, but he gave up when the poly count became too high :(

I remember he was looking for underframe pictures that time.
According to the BVE version, the 323 sounds a something that gets stuck when powering up and keeps repeating the power up sounds. Then just before it comes to a stop, it sounds like the motor is dying out.

RE 323

Post by lumpchase »

It is SIMILAR to a networker but the cab front is flatter on a 323 and it doesn't have the buffer blocks that the networker has.

Here is a picture of a Networker reskinned to look like a 323 and I am just waiting to see if i can get permission to upload it off Dave Babb

Megatron was doing a 323 but gave up on about 3 occasions because as was stated the poly count was too high and he wasn't happy with the way the front looked.

Ewww... Yucky Barbie Livery! I rather have NSE! But the repaint is quite good, although, I think you can rearrange the windows(not doors since it has interiors), to become more like a 323.
