There's an "aged newspaper" effect in PSP9. It could be earlier versions too but I don't remember it.

It is payware but it's cheap payware. Think it was just over Â£8.
The panel isn't up to much, you get suitable sounds and a medicore virtual cockpit, but you do get 6 variants of the Westland Seaking (HAS Mk.1, HAR Mk.3, HAR Mk.5, Mk.48, AEW Mk.2A and the Commandos HC Mk.4).

I put some pics up here and here and they should still be up.
