Atomic Systems

I took a 3 week trip before, during and after Xmas/New Year - the aim was no planes, so a 1st class Interrail pass was combined with FGW, Eurostar and Baltic ferries to take us from the UK through Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and back again. If you have the time to let the train take the strain, I thoroughly recommend it as the relaxed way to travel, much better than 2 hour check-in times and cramped aircraft cabins!

Feeling the need to try a Rail Pass this summer for a change... just need to persuade 'er indoors
