March and Peterborough 26.5

Post by Whitemoor »

Hi All

Freightliner IM had diversions via country today with the GEML and parts of NLL blocked off for engineering work, so i took the chance to see more than normal down me local line.

After things quietened up, we took a trip to Peterboro, and 91102 had failed, so call 67002 to rescue.

Pics from today now on me site at
http://brooksies-photos.fpic.co.uk/c1287776.html

Please take a look if you have a few mins

Cheers
Rob.

I was there yesterday until 6.45pm working.
Anyway, I felt a idiot yesterday thanks to GNER, I had people kept asking me abut the GNER services even though I was in full FCC uniform so I asked them (GNER) what platforms are they using. Platform 3 was the answer so I refered people to Platform 3, later on just before I went home, people were still asking me for the GNER trains so as usual I told them Platform 3, then the NR announced the next GNER will leave from Platform 4. Thank god, it was the end of my shift.

By the way, great photos, :D

Great pics of my home area, I actually lived in the house to the left of the shed for a few years!
