Hi all,

Just registered on this forum today and this thread caught my eye. Had a quick look through my website and these are the ones that caught my eye. Though it would probably be six others tomorrow.

http://www.thepigface.pwp.blueyonder.co ... 006_7.html
Bradley Manor on the climb from Victoria Bridge towards Arley

http://www.thepigface.pwp.blueyonder.co ... l_2_3.html

1501 passing through Bewdley light engine.

http://www.thepigface.pwp.blueyonder.co ... r06_5.html

MPD members filling 5764s tanks with a frozen water sleeve

http://www.thepigface.pwp.blueyonder.co ... 06_11.html

Hinton Manor, dragged out of a siding at Highley for a cosmetic restoration, sitting on the Rock at Bewdley.

http://www.thepigface.pwp.blueyonder.co ... 006_2.html

Lizzy at Vicky. One of the few photo's from the gala that I liked

http://www.thepigface.pwp.blueyonder.co ... e06_9.html

Two Staniers together. First train loco swap at Bewdley.

You may notice I've been a little Severn Valley bound in 2006. Oh well....here's to 2007

Some very nice shots of the Valley there- shows our line off well. You ask why 'The Last Turn' was hung on 7802 rather than 1501- that's because the driver of 7802 has reached 70 during the year and that was his last footplate turn before he stepped down.

Its a sad thing really as its going to be a big problem for SVR and similar organisations within the next few years- the balance bewteen enough promotions to keep replacing those being lost at the top and gaining sufficient experience to becomoe competent before promotion.
