60009 & 4953 @ York

Hi All

To start off here is a vid (phone quality) of 60009 departing York.

I had my works xmas party friday night and never got up in time to see 60009 cross over harringworth, I went to the station and looked on trust how they was both running and i saw 1Z60 was at one point was 80 late, Shame that i could of saw it crossing harringworth after all. So just photos off the 2 steamers at York from me.

I was there aswell today. Had been playing real steam trains this morning at Middelton and was told about the duo, so went to your, looked a bit odd dressed in my loco jacket and flat cap, oh well.

Shame I didnt know people were going to be there. Would have said hi.

Anyway time for bed. Im lighting fires and cleaning/footplate duties at Middelton later this morning.

I was there, u might have seen me running down the station like a madman with phone in hand thinking i was going to miss it. Unfortuantly although some photos could have been quite good my phone is terrible for photos.

If anyones going to york again, please email me at beetlejuice13(@)hotmail.com i'd love to meet some other people from the forums. Don't add me on msn though you'll probably get no responce it's brokern. And don't worry I'm a teenager not a pedo!

Ps sorry for the usuage of word pedo-Everyones heard stories of internet meetings going wrong. edited to use a better word!!!
