There are some photographs and information about the Cadbury's locomotives at....
http://www.miac.org.uk/cadbury.htm

There's also a book about Cadbury's rail system...
Bournville Steam and Chocolate
Irwell Press
ISBN: 1871608317
Mike Hitches
£5.95
32 pages
Softback
1992
"A slim but nicely produced and illustrated account of the Cadbury's railway system at Bournville in suburban Birmingham, together with the the adjacent railway line and large Midland Railway engine shed. This is now a pleasant suburban backwater, with the canalside wharves being replaced by new housing, although a large girder bridge remains as a solid reminder of the system."

Theres a steam loco (static only I'm afraid) at the Cadbury biscuit factory at Moreton. Its visible from the station, and looks good with christmas lights on it!
