Nice shot Jules, shame the stretch armstrong effect still applies to a few, its really worth investing in a snazzy new camera :)

May i suggest using nothing less (this is what iv used so im speaking from my experience) then a Fuji FinePix S3000. This is what i started with and can be picked up for about £250. I now use a Fuji Fixepix S7000 which is alot more advanced, but the S3000 should cope easy. Both camera`s produce realy sharp and clear images.

I dont think he needs to spend £250 plus. You can get a perfectly good camera for much less

If you want to spend less than £120, then shop around, there is a nice HP camera, I think it's caled the 4317 or something like that.
