Cheers :)

Julian - do you have difficulty holding the camera still when you take a picture?

I only ask as that side on shot of the slam-door unit outside Clapham Junction stock shed is distorted as though it was moving, and it wasn't!

I think you need to take a bit more time in setting up the shots - make sure the focus is right and if you have an auto-focus function on the camera - use it! Also a steady hand when taking the picture helps.

Regards

Dan

Julian,

If you are not using a camera phone, I'd take the camera back and get your money back.
Even when the shots are framed better (which they are compared to older ones), the actual quality is really really poor.

Come on, let's not let this get out of hand. Stephen could have put his views more subtely but there's no need for this to turn into a flame war.

Indeed, request going out to all parties to be nice, and being so blunt is rarely a way to air your views on anybody creations, especially on a public forum.

Jules, please take these peoples recommendations as just that. I personally do not find the shots very good, for the above reasons. Lets take a picture as an example

http://julian1288gaje.fotopic.net/p14958336.html

For starters, its incredibly blurred. Dodgy camera? Who knows.
Secondly, whats happened to the front of the unit? Has it warped?

Please take more time in improving your photos in the future!
3rd-i don't like you
What a pathetic comment. Just because someone dislikes your photos doesn't mean you have to reply with such a childish retort.

Grow up.
