Which e-mail address should I e-mail to to send them a pic ?

I'm not sure about Railway Magazine as I'm not a reader but I think most mags prefer thumbnail images to save time downloading and inbox space, If your pic is chosen for publishing you might have to burn the full size image to CD and send by post.

Maybe instead of sending thumbnails you could set up a password protected folder in your Atomic Systems album to post your pic and E-mail the mag with a link and password, Good Luck

In the mag it says you can send 3 high res pics to them via e-mail with various specs. I've e-mailed the editor to enquire.
