NYMR 24/07/04

Post by TOMMO79 »

I spent a couple of hours at the NYMR this morning, 80135 was on the first service out of Grosmont and is seen here making a spectacular assault on the bank near Darnholme, My best pic of the day by far and probably one of my best this year :D

Didn't look as good leaving Goathland though

Back in Grosmont it was a nice surprise to see 50033 waiting to take the 10:50 out, I thought the loco had left for Swindon but I guess not

I had a walk to the MPD to video the 50 passing through and 76079 was been prepared under the coaler

Then 50033 came past making more smoke than the steamer, Sounded good though :P
