Yea but most passengers could not care less what they were pulled by. They care about what a train is like inside.
But I suppose the Voyager's are worse how was a 7 coach train meant to be replaced with a 4 or 5 car DMU's with only about 70% of the seats of a proper train in each coach. Virgin may have doubled the number of trains between Reading and B'ham but they still less seats per day. And at busy times your lucky to get a seat (I live in near Reading I know what they have done and then trains are standing no-one looks happy but XC loco hauled days were different with proper trains VIRGIN I WILL NEAR FORGIVE YOU!).
