Nice shots there- esp like the one of 3106 rolling into Bewdley- but then again I am biased. My fave loco and that's my driver posing (whilst firing) and I was driving on the other side! Soon after had to get off it and onto 5164...........

It was a good day and it was nice to see a cheery wave from most of the crews. Thanks for your efforts on the day and for helping to make it a great Santa season for the railway.

Especially great by the fact that the weather enabled it to run that bit smoother this year, without worrying whether staff and visitors could safely make it or not. Must say the weather and as a consequence, the Valley looked stunning on Sunday. That run you do just as the sun is setting is just so atmospheric.
