Good location near Guildford?

Hi everyone,

I wanted to go out and see 60019/4492 work the Victoria - Bristol Cathedrals Express this week and wanted to know if anyone has any good suggestions in the Guildford area of places to watch it go by.

Normally for a Southbound train, I'd choose Peasmarsh/Shalford, but I'm less sure about Northbound workings. I wouldn't like to try Guildford station itself, but was considering the Ash area.

Any advice would be appreciated
