Hornby T9 Pulling Power...Or Lack of It!

Today I ran my Hornby T9 for the first time and she can't move with four maunsel's on the back.
I'm sure this isn't right as I've seen YouTube videos with lots more than four on.
Any idea how to solve the problem as I don't know where to start, once solved it will be one of my best models!

I've read on the MREmag site that it's something to do with the front bogie being connected wrong. Try having a look on there and see what it throws up. Quite a common problem apparently.

There is a collar around the hole on the front bogie where the spring is located. This is too high and has the effect of lifting the traction tyre fitted wheels off the rail head. You could modify it yourself or contact Hornby to see if they will do it for you.
Regards,
Dan

Thanks for the advice, will look soon, on the Hornby forum I got a short response from a moderator to not touch my model to keep my warranty (I didn't know I even had one) and to contact Hornby directly!
Will look soon, seems suitable diagnoses as it looks like it rides a bit high at the front.
Thanks.
