Maybe the 86 will be supplied without a motor in it so the modeller can utilise the real world practice on his layout?

That 101 with some detailing and a bit of flush glazing could be a nice model.

For those who are members of the Hornby Collector Club, the full list of 2006 releases, including their DCC range, is in the "Collector Plus" Issue 2, 2005.

ROTFL - look at the page for Thomas:
The Hornby range has, in the past, included many of Thomas’ friends including Percy, Toby, Gordon, James and many more; and this year Thomas will be joined by two more popular characters - Gordon the Blue Engine and Emily. There are also a number of new buildings to choose from, all of which add colour and excitement to the Thomas range.

Alongside ‘Gordon’ and ‘Emily’, this year there will be several new goods wagons available,, including a weathered oil tanker, ‘Sodor Mail’ van and two vent vans.
Wonder who gets a kick in the rear for that stupid mistake? (it should of course say Edward :) ).

For obvious reasons (same name) I'm glad they are doing Edward, but I can't help but think the Fowler 2P 4-4-0 would make a better Edward, overall I think its a great list. Started my 1st railway on my own last year, an Ex-LSWR branch that has been handed over the the Western Region in the boundary changes of 1958 so a Southern M7, GWR railcar and 121 DMU are just the job for me :D
