I just wanted to know what you have made out of cereal or ardboard boxes so come on amaze me :wink:

hey you out run me i only built a signal box and 5 pieces of platform out of cheerio and shreedies boxes

u can make houses cafes sheds platforms anything really

You can make MSTS cardboard kits by printing out the ace files as jpgs and glueing to cardboard.
There are plenty of stone and brick aces for walls, bridges and tunnels as well.

You can also use MSTS freighliner containers to make wagon loads.

You're best talking to Andy Plumtree (gpplumy) about card models! He knows more about them than anyone else! :o

nto really a carboard box, but a guy a freind of mine knows made a Australin T-Set (tangara) out of aluminium cans, it looked unreal.

Before I made the buildings on my layout I made rough outlines out of cereal boxes to get positions and dimentions right.
There is a forgotten, nay even forbidden word, which means more to me than any other.
That word is England

I've built models of Evening Star, a Blackpool tram and a Terrier from kits I printed out from a website. Unfortuantley they were imposibly small and fiddly so I gave that up. I am planning to build a 16mm diesel body in card though-I'll get back to you when I finish that one....
