From my rather limited experience you can download something that sounds better thn the standard MSTS sounds, stick them in your common sounds folder (or ceate one) and then you'll need to change the 47 eng files to cross refer to your common sounds file. I'm really impressed with this one. Reminds me of when I has a 1 mile cab ride on the WCML south of Oxenholme - 31324 and 31217 on an engineer's train. Some of the crew joined us in the pub by the old milnthorpe station for a swift half, and i managed to blag a very short cabride.
