Re: Ice work...if you can get it...
Are they kidding?! It's not THAT bad out there. In fact looking out of the window right now it's bloody clear skies. I thought these newer trains were supposed to cope better with bad weather conditions instead they seem to fare worse! However, Thameslink services are also effected. But the sun was...

'Failed to load' errors
Hi, Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but when I am driving the train in a busy section of an activity, errors start popping up about shapes failed to load, textures failed to create and cars failed to be added to world. This usually happens on Dorset Coast route and LSE. I am not sure if thi...

Hi, olympian, your fotopic website has some fantastic photos on it - well done :D Did you think much of my hometown of Polegate? I went camping with my dad very near Polgate in the summer holidays, and it was very nice. 8) We went to the top of this huge hill and the view was lovely. You could even ...

Re: YES, with the new TRS - PROTRAIN PERFECT
Am curious how they managed to keep the pantos in contact with the overhead wire, it also being used for none-tilting trains ? The ICE train in featured in TRS2006 is diesel - which surprised me when I heard the loud engine! Yes on the electric ones they must have a special pantograph or some...

Hi, The thing that made me interested was, that instead of made up graphics, you have real footage - which I thought looks much more realistic. Its a shame someone can't make a new sim, that works really well; with realistic cabs and sounds and video footage which works well with the train speed ect...

Hi, I downloaded berlu720.zip from http://www.train-sim.com Then I installed the 7 files that came in berlu720.zip Then I seem to remember that I had to search for the missing KUIDs on the Trainz Download Station - or you can use the 'download missing assets' tool (when you go to load the route). Ho...

ooo!! I love it! :D I also like the other trains on that site too - but i would never know what route i would use it on - and what scenarios/sessions its in  It would be so good picking up passengers - like on the Berlin Subway for TRS2004 from http://www.train-sim.com the website is (translate...

Hi, Thanks - great video! :D I noticed the throttle is only 0% - 100% (driving switch only) instead of throttle too. I don't think that is entirely realistic - perhaps due to the limitations of MSTS?. :-? In real life they have three main controls: the driving switch, the speed (throttle) lever and ...

Hi, thanks for all your replies! :D I've got the Paddington to Bristol version, and unfortunately, it's not very good. It has a basic bitmap of a cab view, and the route itself is just taken from a video, so when a line speed it goes at the correct frame rate, when it goes slower, the frame rate of ...
