Go to Birmingham New street when they are there, Virgin take 2 minutes long in and out of the station, goes to show no one sticks t...

Well, nobody would go all that way, it's a few journeys combined in one, really. I don't think it was seen as medium distance, though- it's got to be about 7 hours! :) Ok, so maybe I perhaps overexagerrated a bit!, thinking about it TBH it does seem to be a heck of a long way in a 158! Cheers Alex

nah - it's all in a days work for a 159 to run from Salisbury to Waterloo to Exeter to Waterloo to Salisbury. So Penz - Waterloo/ Brighton - Salisbury is nothing really. They also originally ran from Waterloo - Manchester, and I think that was seen as a fairly medium - distance run. They also run e...

I've just had a go at SP4 TRS2004, it's not bad, could be improved though, I think. What's anyone else's opinion on it?

Going back to the Trainz site, the stock does seem to be rather overpriced, but i'm now very tempted to wipe the dust off my copy of Trainz, and order it from their site. Has anyone orderded any of them, and are they worth it?

I read somewhere that the maximum design speed of the Class 91's was originally 190 MPH, however they would need regairing, and that there maximum design speed is now 140, which I think is the max design speed for DVT's and also the 89, but I could be completely wrong, and if so please do correct me...
