Not sure I want to open a can of worms of modifying the filename again, I am taking enough flak over the file ID being there :) Of course if many people want it i'll do it, it's certainly easy enough :) Matt. I'd keep your head below the battlements then Matt  You could always add a polite su...

... But if people do update their files a brief note as to why in the accompanying text would help clear any confusion. Or just advancing the version number to show there's something different would help. Could the version number be automatically included in the download file name like the FileID? ...

Head lamps, Marker Lights and Tail Lamps

In the real world railways,

What does the rule book say about what lights should be displayed and when. From looking at a number of photographs almost everyone shows something different.

Almost looks with the Class 66s that there are so many lights the driver is spoilt for choice ....

All of the above - it's a simulator and as such should simulate everything to the highest possible standard. People aren't going to keep coming back to a model of a modern uk loco that looks like a shoe box, painted by a playgroup, that sounds like it's American and the cab puts you in completely th...

Take a look at the tutorials here: http://www.fsalpha.com/tutorials/tutorials.htm ALthough based around flightsim and using the standard interface rather than the game pack. If you cross reference with Valter Bollig's tutorial you should be able to crack it. Of course you might want to do everything...

Possible solution(gleaned from train-sim.com). Someone over on those forums was having a similar problem and was trying to use either a @hotmail or @msm email address and was having the same problem, naturally there could be other addresses like this. Would suggest having another crack at registrati...

Carrying on about 47299 I have a book (unfortunately at the other end of the country) which has quite an extended article about this loco (and about 100 other strange and mysterious railway events that could be attributed to the supernatural). It appears that BR was contacted at some point in the pa...

Russell,

When you're looking for tutorials don't limit yourself just to TrainSim - the flight sim ones are very handy too.

I just bought myself a copy of "Gmax Boble" by Kelly Murdock and it's a great book for reference even if I am only still one third of the way through.
