Steaming through the bush
Just thought i would show off the Puffing Billy V1 route now available on steam4me. At the moment its only the top section of the line from Gembrook to Cockatoo but this does feature a nice long 1in30 climb great for thrashing those nA classes up. Simple answer is it dosnt have one. It's never been fitted with air brakes just a steam brake on the loco and a hand brake on the tender. that looks fantastic but is it just me or does this seem to look like it belongs to a larger scale narrow gauge railway such as the Ffestiniog or welsh highland railways? still, it really is agreat model!
