However these werent really suited to steam locos so the cab forward design was evolved to combat this. Yes they were oil b...

Steaming through the bush

Just thought i would show off the Puffing Billy V1 route now available on steam4me. At the moment its only the top section of the line from Gembrook to Cockatoo but this does feature a nice long 1in30 climb great for thrashing those nA classes up. Something simalar was on sale in the Festiniog Railway shop last year. They seemed to have dissapeared now though. I thought they were great the whole point of these hobbys is that they're suppposed to be fun so why not have a nudist camp in the corner of your layout :D :D

Simple answer is it dosnt have one. It's never been fitted with air brakes just a steam brake on the loco and a hand brake on the tender. Although i this will change when restored so it can pull passenger trains. Looking good so far are you going to model all the variations or do you value your sani...

I bet within 5 year it would of been sold on. The wheels are too small & from what I can gather its too wide for the route :-? Before you make wild suggestions like that how about reading the press release. The loco is not owned by the FR it is owned by a group of chinese rail enthusiasts wh...

I've no idea how you'd even begin to do that in TSM! But otherwise, the model looks OK. To my eye it seems to be either too long or too low, however - if you want drawings just give me a shout  probably something like this. http://album.atomic-systems.com/showPic.php/69566/shelaghfront.jpg It...
