Re: Missing Marker

It was the wagon numbering in the pick-up entry of the dispatcher. Despite removing some of the wagons in RWTools, they weren't removed from the listing in the dispatcher so there were more numbers there than wagons - manual editing was required.

Re: Missing Marker

Aha! Yes, they are picked up at the Foreley Refinery Road 1 marker.

I'll try the number changing option and report back.

I was (mistakenly) under the impression that RW Tools took care of all this for you when you swapped stock.

Missing Marker

I thought I would change the TTA tanks in the Totham - Well Oiled scenario for the Fastline TEAs. The wagons have been swapped but the scenario fails to load with the message: Driver....(lat and long)......Missing Marker Foreley Refinery Road 1 My confusion is that the marker is there, loud and clea...

Re: AP deliver again!

Great sound but that smoke still kills it for me - maybe under load during pull away but not in the cruise.

Re: Railworks offline

I'll join the OP with to report a similar 'non service'. I've said it once and I'll say it again; I hate Steam with a vengeance. I, too, am unable to open the program when the connection is not available, despite being invited to start in 'off-line' mode. As the OP corectly states, we are unable to ...

JB, is the NEC going to be a 'won't work without it' element of your fantastic route?

Re: 50% of lots of TS2012 DLC at GetGames

It begs the question; why was an activation code issued if they didn't like the payment method? And is it the accursed Steam that is putting the block on or is it a 'duff' code issued by GG - or a combination of both? I'm not going to try again. I suppose it will have to wait until tomorrow morning ...

Re: 50% of lots of TS2012 DLC at GetGames

No, it didn't.

So are we dealing with an on-line retailer in the year 2012 that can't deall with VISA Debit?

If not VISA Debit, then what does work?

Thanks

Copied and pasted the code from the GG email as per their recommendation.

Re: 50% of lots of TS2012 DLC at GetGames

I've just tried to buy the Class444.

GG has sent an activation code which Steam will not recognise.

Have I paid for it and do I now have to contact GG to get this sorted, or Steam?

Re: Royal Train stock?

I've tried to install the Royal pack with no success, including installing the geopdx files from the DT Mk2s.

Judging by the comments below th edownload on trainsim, others have too though no response from the original painter.

Any successful installers out there and how did you do it?

Re: A new route ,The Princetown Branch

That looks superb and I love the granite boulders dotted around the place. And room for extension, too, in due course. Go back down the Plym Valley to Tavistock Jnct or, once through the tunnel under Yelverton Downs, fork left for Horrabridge and Tavistock itself.

Re: New Route Announcement from RSC: Settle to Carlisle

Extra work requuired by the developer, I know, but not too much? Surely it's not impossible to provide 'optional' eras and charge a small premium on the base charge for doing so?
