fantastic shots. interesting to see what it would have been like if this prototype was put into production... Carl ah hah but thats one of the best things about MSTS you can have ECE and have dozens of badgers lined up at "the cross" with mk.4 stock with hst's intersperces... and it lets us all see...

well, the poor ole class 60s have been treated badly by EWS, from mid to late march/april, theyl start going back into store again, then come back out in september time again. Theres about 10-15 less out now than what their were round abt this time last yr. but how many of them this time last year ...

What happened to it? looks like someone painted the mould that would have grown on it if GNER hadnt put her back in service.... lets all just hope she will be kept in one piece either as a static exibit or on the mainline rather than *IF* we are lucky ...

there isnt a wag file for 90024 for dragging it when its failed on the sleeper

given the great job you did on the FSR sleeper carraiges, and the 2x locomotives im sure whatever you do will look fantastic...

if i didnt know better id say that the A4 was painted in First Group Neon base coat from the look of it in the pics

eventually i think we will see some variation on the neon livery for the 57/6's and night riviera stock but thats not likely to be till well after the refurbed hst sets are being returned.

anyone planning to skin up an 87 into 87028 in its current condition with orrange cab wraps.. and its "lord President" name plates...?

and 87022 in its current condition with its ". o' the North" nameplates...???

shame to see 2 of the last 73's in semi/passenger service lost however good to see them kept in the rail industry on the mainline...

i had booked time off work to go ...
but variou issues including my insurance documents not arriving yet...
and having to fill in for a collegue who was taken sick at last minute means this will be year 2 that iv missed this...
