Re: TSW Great Western Express

I seem to be having a problem in Service mode with the 66.
4L14 0141 Didcot-Dagenham. Leave the station on a green,
next signal at green too. Well under the speed limit, but as
soon as I pass the second signal and go over the TPWS grids,
I lose all power and the train stops.

Re: TSW Great Western Express

I've had a play with the Down The Line scenario, where you choose from three trains to drive from Paddington, all Class 166s. All is OK until I reach Old Oak Common when a long, black, diagonal bar-shaped artefact flickers across the tracks (see photo via Flickr). Something similar happens when an ...

Re: TSW Great Western Express

Although I've had a quick play on CSX:HH, it's taking a bit of getting used to the controls, but that will come in time no doubt. Comparing the HUD's, I think I prefer the one in TS1 - it's less visually intrusive. Okay if you drive with the HUD off though :-) Graphic glitch on the wheels, that'll n...

Re: TSW Great Western Express

Noticed a couple of graphic glitches - one was mentioned on the stream's chat about the wheels
on the rails when in motion but everyone who mentioned it was ignored.

The other is hard to explain, see picture below...

Re: How to install the new South Devon Rly

<snipped> I copied the Assets folder as per instructions from the download and placed them in the Railworks assets folder If you've done what you've said (above) then in the Assets folder you may have another Assets folder. You need to copy the Assets folder (in the rwp) into Railworks - NOT Railwo...

You could make point to point timings reasonably accurate
but minimise the station waiting time - sitting in a station for several
minutes twiddling my thumbs is...yawn......

Re: Train Maps Live Zoom no longer working

Correction to my post above - and my apologies.

The map does not zoom but if you go top centre and click the arrow and then click
the magnifying glass, it will zoom. Unticking the magnifying glass however does NOT
return it to before.

Re: How to install the new South Devon Rly

If what you're asking is what I'm thinking, just d/click the South Devon Railway rwp.
This contains 2 folders, assets and content.
Simply copy (drag & drop) each into the ..../Railworks folder you already have and
overwrite as necessary.

Re: South Devon Rly

No problems here. I downloaded and installed manually using 7Zip - as I always do. Had a QD from Totnes BR to Buckfastleigh. Only things I noticed were : Signals on SDR at Totnes didn't work, and, the speed sign approaching Staverton showed corrupted 00 digits. Other than that, a smashing little dri...

Do you have UKTS Premium?
I'm guessing the first line means it won't download without it, hence your long waiting time.
