i heard they weren't gonna get the 450/1s at all.

this is all the SRA...

I heard that 458s would be better in scotland (where the mile is shorter, so they can manage more between technical failures), and SWT won't be getting their 5 car 450s, they'll be going to Silverlink instead.

that's just what i heard though.

markers

since my route just went belly up, i thought i'd ask about markers (ie those st andrews flags, i tnink). it's fine to do it with tall pylons, but if someone could point me towards using the flag things, i'd be very grateful.

..

it seems the route editor got hungry, and decided to eat it. it then chewed it up a bit, and spat it out, un-recognisable.

so i'll have to start again. still, it wasn't too late on... might wait till i have track plans for this reversing lark before getting on with it...

why would you want to?

removing it limits what you can do, and leaving it on there just means you can use other things in RE.

probably not, i'd have said. they're not quick enough (top speed is 100, and correct me if i'm wrong, but the CTRL is 150 isn't it?) most 375s lack the AC collection gear. (the ones that are DC only have 9 tons of iron on the underframes to make their performance and soon the same as the dual votlag...
