I've successfully completed the "Helper on the Curve" scenario twice, yet the final 2 scenarios remain locked.

This looks like the Horseshoe curve route in Pennsylvania. I wonder if they've done a deal with Microsoft. The website uses the same font as MSTS, and of course the name.
