I don't have the software, but it could be possible that it's rare to find in US Stores. Try places like Sam Goody, Virgin Records, Best Buy.....you know, the major electronic retailers. If all fails, I would go straight to amazon.com.

Bear is based on a BR Class 35 "Hymek" Bo-Bo Diesel Engine. Here's a pic of the actual type:
