Best not to assume things. Help/About in Train Store will tell you which TSECTION.DAT you are using. (If you have used the TSECTION.DAT swapping in Train Store, make sure you have unstored the particular route first).

That's why there are Maintenance Mode Stock lists and Maintenance Mode Consist lists.

If you want to use some Stock Items add them to a Stock list. If you want use a Consist, then add it to a Consist list.
