kirkheath Please read what Chris said, and please don't confuse people even more by quoting some other half incorrect information. He said (correctly) you need to have a route which includes activities to run alongside Lyme Regis/Foxfield to allow it to be used He did not say You must create an acti...

hit mprofile.exe if that doesnt work, do you have trainstore, if yes you may want to reiinstall it. Reinstalling Train Store will not change anything. The installation does nothing except install the software. It's almost the same with MSTS, although MSTS often causes minor corruptions of its own M...

I was almost ready to quit MSTS again as i cannot unstore everything with train store so that i can create activities, its not even letting me into AE when running classic trainstore to pick a route with the rellevent paths and stock i have to do it all manually, like copy and paste and with over 7...

Am I being too optimistic in having 33 routes stored on TStore? Will this many routes make TStore's operation unstable. No, and No. There are no built-in fixed limits in Train Store's design. Any limits will be imposed by the amount of memory available, and (probably before that) lower performance ...

rufiky4 EDIT: There has been some progress - I tried to get the route editor to do a TDB rebuild after a reinstall of the route, and I now can open in the activity editor (I have paths as well now!) but in the sim or RE it only gets as far as establishing world space and content before freezing. We'...

An easier way would be to use the Train Store Easy Explore interface (but because this route has 0 Activities, you will need to have the Tutorial Route installed.) You don't need to create or change any Activities. See http://forums.atomic-systems.com/viewto ... 058#524058

Hi Have just installed this route and have the above problem!! I have the latest track and tsection files loaded and also reloaded the route again but on trying to trainstore all my other routes I get the above. Any help would be appreciated :( Mike You are using the Classic interface. You need to ...

Chris But it doesn't need to be in my route. Nobody said it needed to be in your route. You said, "You don't need an activity to drive a route". I am afraid that is not correct. As the post referred to pointed out, MSTS needs at least one Activity, anywhere in MSTS, to run an Explore. Kev, Before an...

Yes Chris now you have said that you are right of course. After I installed your route I used trainstore to 'explore' the route and it gave me that error report about 'You need at least one valid activity to be able to explore this route' and I haven't used MSTS direct for so long now it just confu...

To mbfos 1. I don't think you should be impressed by the London and Port Stanley route which installed itself in a separate version onf MSTS The reason why this came about is because the author has modified standard shapes in the GLOBAL\SHAPES folder which would then conflict with other Routes if co...

I have been there David, part of the MSTS registry has become screwed up. The only solution is a complete msts re-install I'm affraid... Jim Are you sure? All my other routes run OK. . David, From your information, it is almost certainly a problem related to your latest install. MSTS re-installatio...
