I've noticed further comments about the hall sounds in the 'hall released on steam' thread! I've got a feeling that sounds are very low on RSC's priorty list so i think the community need to do something. Looping is something i don't know how to achieve. So i used a whistle recording that sounds good played full and also toots with a tap of the space bar. I'll put together an upload of the two whistles with instructions on how to use them. Regards Matt(92212)

Oh yeah and professional quality recordings aren't really necessary as i've got a recording i did on a little handheld digital recorder of black 5 44806's whistle working in rs and it sounds 10times better than the default whistle! Having read all the negative feedback on the hall sounds, and my personal opinion that rs/rw sounds are rather disappointing - i feel its about time that an rs/rw community sound team is set up! I think your only option is to make a copy of the steamapps folder as backup and via the steam client delete all local content and then redownload the game and start a fresh.
