Re: Train services missing out station stops if running late
Virgin services from "up north" sometimes miss out Reading and head straight down to Basingstoke. I guess it saves alot of time waiting for a platform at Reading and then having the driver swap ends before waiting for a clear path accross the lines. Doesn't really help passengers waiting for a cross...

Re: European and US Version Confusion
At the moment in MSTS someone could build a route that won't run unless you have various third party add ons included. There is a diffrence with a MSTS route that needs a third party add on which is downloadable for free such as Xtracks or Newroads then a route needing a thrid party add on that is ...

Re: European and US Version Confusion
Please don't go down the road that Auran are with Trainz Classics - various different packs, none of which contain the content of the others, but combine so that all the resources are available to a third party route builder thus meaning the end user has to own all the relevant packs too. Surely th...

Re: 64 bit processing?
i dont even think its DX10.... which is VERY dissapointing to be honast :( nevermind..... Kuju have stated that a DX10 version will be released after the fist release, whether an upgrade patch like many other games (company of heros, for example) or a new version (Hope not as that wouldn't go down ...

Re: Where can you travel in just 43 minutes?
The 232-mile journey from Brussels Midi station to St Pancras took one hour, 43 minutes, shaving 20 minutes off the time it currently takes to Waterloo. unless you really do mean, Where can you travel in just 43 minutes ? I think Nick was referring to the fact that Brussels is 1 hour ahead of us, s...

Re: New livery on a First Great Western 158
the last person caught with 2 usernames got a life time ban I seem to remember... Seems a bit harsh, I've got one username on this board but on other boards I have a work username (very few posts made) and a non work one (So many posts made that I'd get the sack if they thought I made them during o...

Calm down! I imagine he's answered as best as he can, it'll either be free or payware, they've yet to decide is how I interpret it. Very calm thanks  I don't think " he's answered as best as he can " at all . All nice to post WIP and generate interest , but to then ask for money is .. and the...

Signal Perhipheral?
On my desk I have a couple of speakers, each containing three round speaker units.... these remind me of traffic lights. This had given me the idea of having a working desktop signal connected to my pc via usb which replicates the upcomming signal in MSTS, or other rail simulators. I have no idea if...

Re: Kuju Rail Simulator/MSTS 11
MSTS2 is more likley to be compatible with MSTS1 stock and routes though so you may find you can import your MSTS1 stuff. I don't really see why? MSTS was written by Kuju (Microsoft just published it), so if anybody could make a new simulator compatible with an old one, I would think it would be th...

Re: The new KRS website is up
I hope the additional routes are not going to retail at full price - I was looking forward to driving a few German routes as a change of scenery from the British ones.
Hopefully these will be available as free downloads to those who register their game and sign up to the Kuju website.

Re:
Other than the now ceased Wales & West/ATW overnight train from Cardiff to Paddington (subsequently Waterloo) that ran via Reading you wouldn't expect to see a 158 on the Padd to Oxford route. About 12-18 mths ago Virgin were sending 158's to/though Reading on diagrams now run by Voyagers, 158747 b...
