Re. the Pier, I really need to make one or two buildings before I want to release it. I know you did the engines, I will try and make the effort to complete it. On reskinning the J15, lets first see what my attempts wil look like, OK? Any sounds would be wonderful, though, although I don't really kn...

I don't know about the T26 and T19, but I do have plans for the F6 2-4-2 (and F4, but I like the F6 better, with its big windows it looks different from the usual crowd). That should do nicely as a branch engine on the Framlingham and Aldeburgh branches, and for local services on the ESR. But first ...

J15
It has taken me a while (being distracted by route building doesn't help :) ) but the GER Y14, better known as the J15, is nearing completion: <IMG width="600" height="450" SRC="http://www.atomic-album.com/showPic.php/42679/Y14a.jpg"> Textures are next. This particular loco is one fitted with Westin...

Just a thought, Jur... are you also including the Woodbridge Tramway? I'm not sure exactly where it went, but I have an October 1956 photo of its two 1-horsepower tractive units which apparently worked the line 'as far as Melton' until closure, obviously later than the photo :) The tracks in the fo...

A quick update on progress: Track laying is essentially complete between Woodbridge and Beccles, I'm working outwards from there to both ends. The Framlingham branch track is also finished. No scenery yet, and the terrtex is still being worked on. The route map so far: http://www.snijderj.btinternet...

That's it! My models have the brakes on at startup. This can be easily changed in the eng files. Open the eng file in Wordpad, find the line Brake_Train ( 0 1 xxx yyy where xxx and yyy are some numbers. Change the yyy to 0.0, save and close. This releases the brakes at startup. See if this makes any...

I found that I can use this bizarre behaviour to my advantage. It can be hard to get things lined up with Finescale if the layout is complicated. I found that sometimes I could fix some tight spots by laying the infill pieces from right to left insted of from left to right! Strange, but useful ...
