Not when I tried it. The server wasn't found. I even tried to connect to the server using the IP-address but was redirected to "Yahoo domains" instead of to Christrains.

But you might have tried later in the day than I did.

It does now, but the server has been down for the past few days.

His site, "www.christrains.com", hasn't worked for several days but it does now. Maybe he forgot to pay for his domain name? :)

If you want the new Eurostar get it the Euro Loco pack from justtrains. I looked for the "Euro Loco Pack" at my local computer games stores (local = Copenhagen, Denmark) but couldn't find it, and it's not listed among the mail order goods at the Just Trains web site so I guess I'm out of luck..... ...

http://www.christrains.com is still open, and (excellent) new NS trains are still being made. "Server not found". I've got the exakt same error message every time I've tried it (for a few days now). And when I try the IP-address I get a redirect to "Yahoo domains", so it seems like there's somethin...

What happened to Chris Longhurst's models?

I went looking for an update to the old "beta 0.4" Eurostar made by Chris Longhurst but found that his site, Christrains, seemed to be gone, and that all download links for his models were dead.

So what happened to Chris L?

Re: FAT32 vs NTFS

If you have already chosen FAT 16 or 32 and decide you'd rather have NTFS there is an easy conversion, on a Command Prompt window Convert (drive name e.g.C:) /fs ntfst Conversion will not lose your data. OK, sounds disarmingly simple. Is it really as simple as that? May give it a go if it is (I'm n...
