I think static figures in nuteral poses would be fine. I started having a go at figures as I wanted some realistic female figures for 1950's - hats, coats, etc - rather than the current crop of ..shall we say ... 16 year olds fantasy figures.

I had a go at figures a while ago and they were horrible. Think it needs an artists eye rather than an engineers. Getting clothes to look worn rather than hung is also a really difficult thing.

Very nice. Buses look complex. Done the Mark 1 with the split flat screen and simple radiator grill.

Brill - thanks for the back door photo of the Dormobile - that is tonights task. I will also be doing the crewbus version as well as that was such an iconic school minibus paid for by the PTA jumble sales. I think I am going to do a Dormobile with a roof down and one with the roof extended for camp ...

Long Wheel Base (105") in the foreground and Short Wheel Base (90") in background are completed so I can start to produce colours and types now. The LWB version has a bigger door and was extended by adding roof panels.

Some people have ben asking about how to make these cars "active" spawned vehicles. I am pretty sure one can do this but I have never tried. I will do so at some point and either post destructions or else supply some British Leyland Roads

Thats a new one on me - not seen it before. Interesting as I knew there was a railway carriage but not what it looked like - it was used as a cycle store.

I am rather pleased with the colours of the Austin 1100's which is just about the horrible sand colour and the wishy washy gold they were made in.

Classic British Sunday Afternoon Moment. You know that despite the Mark 2 A40 being Fathers pride and joy a long climb in 3rd gear is going to require use of a red tarten rug, some fold up chairs, lukewarm tea in plastic beakers, and Mother doing things with Tupperware.
