Re: Bluebell Railway
Mr Acorn (SIR!) Permission to question? (SIR!) May I ask if you're planning to include the Ardingly branch in your Endeavours? If so, would it be simply a bit of track between the end of the siding and the freight terminal or the branch in a semi-1960's state as it might be preserved? To be honest I...

Re: Bluebell Railway
It's 3D track - to Geoff's own design, see back in the thread! Well said Geoff, and may I add that whenever I've been both Southern an Bluebell trains connect perfectly: both are normally in the station at the same time, leaving just the right amount of time to connect. Also, good to see someone wor...

Re: Bluebell Railway
Hi Geoff, That's looking fantastic! One question though: where do you find the 'scale' tool? I didn't realise TS16/17 had one! I must say, the scenery away from the track is one thing that really stands out on the Lavender line in particular. May I ask one question though: for near-track scenery (Pa...

Re: Southern Network (was Steyning Line Project)
Hi GPtech,
Yes, there are LBSCR 'boxes in TS, it's just they all have green bits where I want Crimson/lake bits! Also, some of them need renaming.

You know this from the PM's, Geoff, but I just wanted to add my public support! Keep going, it's going to be a cracker of a route.

Re: Southern Network (was Steyning Line Project)
Well, I have all of those! For the post-grouping versions I'm covered, but for pre-grouping less so. I have GIMP, but have never reskinned, and wouldn't know where to start!

Hi Tango,
I was wondering if you knew a source for LBSCR signalboxes, and a way of reskinning them into LBSCR colours?

Re: Guildford - Horsham Branch, 1950's
As I have just posted in the Steyning line thread, I am hoping to upload a route to UKTS soon. It is an adaptation of 4472Flyingscotsman's 'The Bordon Branch' into a period ex-LBSCR branch line, to be offered for LBSCR, SR, BR(S) 1950's/60's/70's, and in two preservation guises, much like I am plann...

Re: Southern Network (was Steyning Line Project)
North Wales... hence the comment on Narrow Gauge!!! There's too many to model up there...
Good to hear news! Thanks again for the plans, and take as long as you need. The car is far more important!

Hello!
Back from Holiday now... and I must say that narrow gauge has been slowly taking hold over the past week...
Any news from Steyning?

Re: Victorian/Edwardian Passengers for TS2017
Hi Alastair, No, not yet! I still need to buy the American route, but I can't really justify it as I would only use it for the passengers. I notice Digital Traction's Lyme Regis branch is intended to be set in the 1920's/early 1930's, so some figures from that might be useful, especially workmen and...

Re: Anyone still around here?
My photo is from my old 00 scale layout, and the loco is a Bachmann SR 'N' Class, actually taken the day after I bought it! Don't be put off! Fordhampton (The layout that the photo shows) was composed entirely of off the shelf items and a few plastic kits! I wouldn't claim to be a top-notch modeller...
