Re: Red GWR Distant Signal
John's signals consist of separate posts and arms, so the arm can be set at any height on a given post.

Sorry, I didn't clarify - I could do with both fixed and working distants, painted as per the fixed distant above.

Red GWR Distant Signal
Hello (again), As part of a route-building project, I was wondering if anyone would possibly be able to reskin John Yelland's GWR (Wooden Post) Distant Signal arms into Red with a white fishtail stripe for me? I ask as the change to Yellow distant arms only really happened in the 1920s, I seem to re...

Re: First World War Centenary - The Railway Operating Division
A note regarding the reskins mentioned earlier - It is intended that only very few payware locos will be required to run the main scenarios included in the route.
Scenarios are intended to tell a story, but I shall say nothing further for now.

Re: First World War Centenary - The Railway Operating Division
If not then I think the French ones will have to do. On the list of things we need to try and make somehow are: Period Belgian Civillians Period British & Commonwealth Troops Period French & Belgian Troops Period British Military equipment. WDLR Locomotives WDLR Wagons Buildings for the ROD workshop...

Re: Caledonia Works
Oh I would most definitely prefer to have an N over an SECR K. Perhaps better would be an SECR N and a Metropolitan K? I know that the Met K would be rather limited, but they lasted a fair while and have two suitable routes (Netherfield in their LNER L2 condition, London - Aylesbury if we're being a...

Re: Caledonia Works
I dont have any intention of doing the rebuilt K class (U) form at the present time. Just the normal SR U Class. Ah, fair enough. A shame, mind, as I would have liked a River Tank and also A806 (Well, now 31806) as I have worked on her, but reasonable enough. https://tse3.mm.bing.net/th?id=OIP.A3ru...

Re: Caledonia Works
I'm assuming, given the recent announcement, that the non-SR locos had been announced previously? I'm certainly interested in a J27, but more so in a D20, even more so in a U and very much more so in a C. Might you potentially also offer the U in K Class 2-6-4T form? A GNoSR D40 would be nice, parti...
