Are these locos advanced models? I've never heard of Bossman.

Re: JT Clan vs Britannia
If loco feel is important to you, the Clan feels bigger, and the sounds are better. There's something about its physics that just feel better. The Clan high balling down the rail is awesome.

And now add that to the GWR 4200/5205 pack! Wow, wow, wow.. just got this thing and it is one the same level as the Jinty for realistic movement and sounds. No, I believe this new steamer has finally dethroned the champ. What an amazing piece of work Victory Works!

Re: Does the GWR Small Prairies have the head out view?
Thank you! It's a must have feature for me.. Adds a whole new dimension to have head out and be able to move the regulator at the same time.

Re: Only a few steamers feel real.
Hi Chris, I haven't given the LNER V2 as much time as the others, so it may still have a chance. Don't knock yourself, I'm very particular about my trains, even the Peppercorn K1 didn't work for me, and I think they have similar traits. It'd odd, the 7mt is a bigger train than the Clan, but the Clan...

Does the GWR Small Prairies have the head out view?
Where you can operate the levers and controls while head out without using the HUD? The Jinty has it, some of the JT models do, and the Fef-3 as well. I tried the GWR 14xx and it did not, so that's why I'm asking.

Re: Only a few steamers feel real.
You I appreciate that suggestion. I was looking at that steamer more than once on Youtube (i've watched tons of videos) and never quite seriously thought of it as advanced. But after you suggested it, I dug a little deeper and it appears to be nearly as advanced as JT, minus a few things. And the ca...

Only a few steamers feel real.
Hi all, new here, but old in TS. I've tried the following: JustTrains 5mt, LNER Advanced V2, 7mt, Clan. (Own all of them) Jinty GWR 14xx with SSS sound Pam GWR 56xx Consolidation FEF 3 USATC S160 Peppercorn Class K1 All of them except the Clan and Jinty are lacking something that bores me. The Clan ...
