CabView ( ..\\..\\common.cab\\Class_86\\Class86.cvf ) is the line your interested in, so it all seems ok. I didn't think it was a missing cab otherwise I'd have got the failed to create cabview error message

The cabs are missing in explore route mode too. The cabs are still missing on the less taxing routes like the original NEC route (USA1) so there goes the resorces theroy. Could it be because I have so many trains installed (even though I use train store) as I must have about 1000 trains in total (in...

Problems with Cabs (Maybe be advanced)

I have problems with many trains atm (cl 8x on thames mersey DVD, a few trains for the highland mainline modern activity pack) and I (and UKtrainsim support) can't find the reason. We have tried cross checking cab directories using screen grabs, but nothing appears to be wrong. I have a decent lapto...

Make sure you have the latest Tsection.dat file installed. I've had this problem many times and updating the tsection.dat always sorts it out for me

I think I've done it fine using windows on the C: instruction.

I don't need to zip stuff so the windows tool is fine

I've tried a few extraction programs, but the only one I can comfortably use is the windows tool, as it's pretty much self explanatry

Help with Extraction

I'm not very confident with exraction tools such as winzip etc, but I 'know' how to use the XP extraction to the left in the menu. I am, however, having trouble extracting the thames-mersey files. I don't know what the path I want to extract too is, I have tries the usural suspects but when I go int...

I've got all the making tracks patches, up to and including Braintree. The activity pack is ID 16219. I get that error message on ALL the activities in the pack. There are also a few downloads which weren't in the readme, but thanks to the error reports in trainstore I've been able to get them (such...
