Re: Too Many Abreviations.......

Is there any way we can get people posting in the Forums and files etc to at lease once in each post actually spell out what the abreviations mean, just once is fine, then go ahead and use the initials. It is driving me mad trying to work out just what the devil people are on about sometimes. AOL! ...

There is a word that is now being used in a certain way which, when I hear it, makes me want to slice off the offenders limbs and place them in a tank full of Piranhas... It's like when reporting a conversation, they are like incapable of saying "I said to him" and they are like "So I was like - wha...

Terrible joke coming up. sorry....

Very sad news about Gene Pitney. I was speaking to his undertaker the other day, and he told me they were trying to work out what sort of coffin they should make for him.

It would take two weeks to make one out of oak, but only 24 hours from balsa...

I don't know what to think of the NG15s. They will make nice locos, but possibly not for the WHR as they stand. Other than the tender issue, I believe that the dome is completely in the wrong place if you intend to drive them up a 1 in 40 hill... I don't think so, Think about the position of the do...

I bet the WHR(C) would be interested in the two Garratts!!! No they wouldn't :( They already turned these down as being "beyond economic restoration" when they looked at them about 4 years ago - they were part of a job lot of locos available after the Robin Hood's Bay narrow gauge railway scheme fe...

Re: Scottish Accent required for Scottish Routes

Hi All With John's great addition to MSTS re his Highland Route and Kerr's Scottish Central and Vern's Scottish Routes we are desperately in need of a Scotsman (or woman) to record the three substitute announcements for these Routes. We have Northern England/Southern England & Welsh Announcements b...

With a change of spelling to The Kuju Choo-choo, that has my vote as well :) ...and another vote from here, but I'm still upset that only "chaps with fantasies - oops - fansites" will get this newsletter. :o Whoever wins this contest will be mightily miffed if they don't receive the newsletter beca...

I'll leave it to Kuju to confirm or deny what I was looking at! :) [Sherlock Mode] If Matt saw what we have now seen, he would have said so, surely? If Matt has seen something we haven't seen, he wouldn't be allowed to say so, would he? Kuju would have allowed him to say that he has seen what we ha...

I and others feel entitled to a straight answer--we don't need to be told trade secrets, just only to be told whether the image has come from a working sim or not. Pray tell just what "entitles" you to this information? Unless you hold shares or have other financial interests in Kuju, there is no r...

Jumping Jehosophat, that is good! :o As a point of interest, does anyone have a link to the piccy of the Black 5 which was shown at the time MSTS2 was announced? I think if we compare the two side-by-side, we will be able to see that the cancellation of MSTS2 wasn't such a disaster after all! TTFN M...

Player Loco for the SDJR?

Dare one speculate as to the identity of the default locomotive for the announced route? :o

I think it has to be the SDJR 7F, but others may think differently...
